About Us
History:
Beresford construction is owned and operated by Myron Hinton. Myron was born in beautiful downtown Summerville. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston. Myron has been in the construction business for over 25 years. Much of his experience is building high end custom homes. He has built custom homes on Kiawah, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Debordieu, Wadmalaw, and of course Summerville. Although Myron took a break from construction and taught middle school math for a couple of years, his love is building. Myron is different from most builders because he not only knows the business side of construction, he has the knowledge to build the house himself. He often surprises his subcontractors with his abilities.
Quality Construction:
Beresford Construction is a small family owned business which means personal attention to detail. Myron takes great pride in providing quality construction. He uses premium lumber and building materials to ensure a finished product that anyone would be proud to own. He understands the needs of his clients and works closely with them to ensure their satisfaction. Myron believes in being involved in each project from the initial meeting to the final walk-through. He works hard to build trust through his clients one project at a time.
